SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: 
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days of processing time. Shipping time is usually between 5-6 business days. This could be longer when there is a high volume of orders, also due to covid delays, your patience is much appreciated. When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. 
These time frames are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our hands, we have no control over handling. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS.*
Shipping Times: 
We ship orders on Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. 

Shipping during the Summertime: 

During the hotter months of the year - May through Sept, we will only be shipping wax products Monday through Wednesday to avoid your package from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend and potentially melting. We want your package to arrive to you in as close to perfect condition as possible! Thank you for understanding.

We value you as a customer, which means we intend to deliver you quality products. During these hotter months we package our items differently, your products will be sealed in a thermal bubble wrap to keep it from melting during transit to you. 

Wrong Address:
If you have accidentally provided the incorrect address, please email us at info@noseplaycollection.com OR text us at 318-436-1254 as soon as possible. Include your order number & the correct address in the message. However, if you do not email us quick enough your package would have been shipped and we won’t be able to fix it. 
Lost/Stolen Items: 

Nose Play Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. If your package has been lost, stolen or damaged we will give you store discount for the next time you shop with us, just email us. We will be shipping with USPS & UPS; once item is shipped, it is their responsibility to deliver all packages safely and in good condition.
