Shipping during the Summertime:
During the hotter months of the year - May through Sept, we will only be shipping wax products Monday through Wednesday to avoid your package from sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend and potentially melting. We want your package to arrive to you in as close to perfect condition as possible! Thank you for understanding.
We value you as a customer, which means we intend to deliver you quality products. During these hotter months we package our items differently, your products will be sealed in a thermal bubble wrap to keep it from melting during transit to you.
Nose Play Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. If your package has been lost, stolen or damaged we will give you store discount for the next time you shop with us, just email us. We will be shipping with USPS & UPS; once item is shipped, it is their responsibility to deliver all packages safely and in good condition.
