REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you very much for your purchase from Nose Play Collection. We really appreciate it. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we are here to help!!! Email us at info@noseplaycollection.com as soon as possible. 

Our policy only lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Item must be purchased within the last 30 day, not burned, in its original state when received, and unopened.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@noseplaycollection.com for further details. 
What's Not eligible...
No sale items are eligible for any kind of refund or return. Only regular priced items are qualified for a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience. 
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but has appeared or has actually been stolen. If you believe you package has either been lost or stolen, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery confirmation but you did not receive the package.
USPS could be holding the package for pickup but does not leave a notice. We recommend checking with your local Post Office to see if they are actually holding your package for pickup.

Unfortunately, USPS may not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft. 

Damaged Items

Our packages are sent via USPS & UPS, which is insured thru them. We are not responsible for USPS & UPS handling of packages, but if you do receive a damaged item, please file a claim with your local USPS or UPS to get reimbursed for the shipping and damages.
